Overnight oats ideas?!

Options
So far I've made:

PB&J oats
Blueberry muffin oats
Chocolate banana oats
Pumpkin oats
Strawberry shortcake oats
Protein powder oats
Peanut butter chocolate coconut oats
Oats with fiber one mixed in
Gingerbread oats
Coffee oats
Tons of berries oats

( I REALLY LOVE MY OVERNIGHT OATS! )

Would pineapple be good? What about apple? I'm kind of scared to try savory oatmeal like avocado and sweet potato.
Carrot cake oats? Sun flower butter? Has anyone tried those before? are they good?

I need ideas for overnight oats that can have up to 500 calories ( I like to eat most of my calories in the morning and I eat a lot anyways to maintain )

I've been making what I call "peach cobbler" - very simple and very delish.

To standard oats recipe (oats, chia, milk, yogurt), add:

    2 tsp stevia (or sugar)
    1 tsp brown sugar
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
6 almonds, chopped into small pieces
fill with fresh chopped peach (1 whole peach is probably enough for about 3-4 jars)

I imagine it would be just as tasty with apple (tart might be best - like granny smith) instead of peach...but peaches are in season and they're just so GOOD! I may also add a pinch of allspice and a pinch of nutmeg next time to give it just a little more oomph.
