With being fat. I am hanging on to a thread. I have had it. I need help with my food consumpation. With my motivation with it all. Please help me. I am crying out fo rhelp right now. I know it may sound extreme but that is where i am at.:frown:

    I never reply to these posts but I am in the same position. I am 5'2' and 225. I know I need to loose but I can't/haven't gotten the motivation to move. I feel sooooo ashamed because I dont have the time to do anything.

    I've seen you do so well and know you can do it!!! Don't give up now! So you fell off the wagon for a couple weeks, who doesn't?! Get back to work lady - you can lose weight!
