So tonight I'm at the gym doing my rest day, and this dude walks up to me. Shakes my hand and says to me, "I see you here every day! You go and go and go and go! I wish I had half the ambition you have. You are like a machine! You've inspired me to try harder."

Was a nice uplifting moment. I've been dealing with so many friends pissen in my Cheerio's for me working out so hard. It was a nice motivating moment to have a total stranger walk up to me and say that.

So to all you that are busting your butts like I am. Keep it up! You are doing an outstanding job!

    I tell yeah what folks, that talk I had last night was far more boosting than any good looking lady flirting with me or anything along those lines. Hearing that boosted my moral and motor so much!
