It's the first new day of the new year and I think it would be fun to put together a competition with anyone that want's to join. everyone for themselves.
Rules: Weigh-ins on Monday mornings (starting 1/4/2010)
Posting/competition based on percentage of body weight lost. For example, a person weighing 150 lost 2 pounds would have lost .013%
Whoever has lost the biggest percentage of body weight by February 4, 2010 wins!

Im in too!! Do we need to post our weight monday jan 4th after we way in and there after every monday?? This sounds like a great way to keep on track and good hearted competition is always a fun motivator!!!
