Hey all,
I'm really green to this online tracking thingy - I really lack continual motivation and need HELP STAT!!!!

I'm really good for the first few weeks then BAM! I cant be bothered anymore!

Does anyone else have this problem????

Have quit smoking 4.5 months ago and now im trying to loose the 8 kilos ive put on cos I can't stop shoveling food in my mouth!!!!!

Any tips on toning up (I have had two kiddies) would be greatly appreciated too!

I have joined the gym and was doing really well until this week and the motivation just flew out the window!!!!!

HELP PLEASE!!!!!

    Hi there, first of all congratulations on stopping smoking! Now, from someone how has been here for nearly a year all I can say is that by keeping a food diary and giving yourself a realistic goal and enough time to achieve it, you will succeed.

    Everyone has days where they want to throw the towel in but that’s admitting defeat, you obviously joined this site because you want to change your body and get fitter, well give it at least 3 months and I guarantee you that you will see real progress.

    Feel free to add me if you like, I have reached my goal but still log here every day to maintain and provide support to my friends.
