      Working on the arms and chest - back and legs are no problem for me!

      My goal is to have arms equal to my neck and calves (21") to have some form of proportion.

      No, that's actually considered to be perfect proportionally IIRC. Calves/Arms/Neck all the same...thats the greek god look according to Arnold I think...

      Then again a 21in neck would be monstrous
