    wash in the washer? Never. I rinse it in the shower daily, and wash it by hand (in the shower) once a week or so.
    I also rinse my running bra in the shower. I'm a multi tasker.:bigsmile:

    i wash mine by hand each time I use it, a little dish soap, and hang it up.

    i remember being so surprised that you had to wet it to use it in the first place. I had never heard anyone ever mention that.

    As often as I can. If doing a 40 wash it goes in. I like it smelling fresh and clean when I first put it on. It never comes off smelling fresh and clean though.

    I rinse it in the shower at the gym or wear it home and rinse it when I shower at home. I rinse it every single time I use it within an hour of use.

    Honestly, I never thought about washing the strap until I saw this thread. I do wipe of the sensors though.

    I throw mine into a mesh bag with my bras once a week in the washing machine. I find it works better if I keep it clean.

    the strap i just actually washed it in the sink 2 days ago with handsoap hahahah i've had it for about 3-4 months ewww....and the transmitter i wash it once a week. eeeek.....

    at least im not alone. hhaha
