I accomplished the first of my progressive goals this morning... the first number on the scale is no longer a 3.

It's only the first 20 of many pounds to go, but it was awesome to see that number (299.8... just barely, but it's there)!

Onward and downward!

    Sweet. I love it when the 1st or 2nd number on the scale moves. 221 to 219 seems like way more than just 2lbs. Cant wait to get there!

    Feels amazing, and the health benefits... lower blood sugar, my blood pressure is in normal ranges, resting heart rate is way down... such great victories; it only gets better from here!

    Congrats on your DSV! I know once I got out of the 300's it was a relief, now it is a thing of the past! Never going back there!!! Keep on truckin'!
