Like a lot of women I carry most of my weight in my rear and outter thighs. I have been told by a trainer that you can not spot reduce. I understand that. What is the best way to get rid of that ? Running? Lots of cardio ?
Any help is greatly appreciated !

it will more than likely be the last to go - it is with me. i'm toning up everywhere (with a mix of strenght + interval cardio) and that area is still not where i'd like it to be.
as said, i do a mix of the above + a high protien / low fat diet on a calorie deficeit. running was the cardio prefered by i'd loose inches & then plateau - interval cardio keeps my body guessing & gives my loss steady.0 -
While you can't spot reduce I have found that lunges, squates, and walking on the treadmil at a incline has helped my thighs and rear tone up - but you still need cardio/strengh to cont with weight loss0

Lunges, incline walking, one legged deadlift help. Like other people have said you cant spot reduce and lower bodyfat is the last to go. I'm still working on my lower abs and hips. I hope one day my saddlebags will go away. I hate them! Also, eating clean really helps the look of your skin and cellulite. It can be hard, but it works, all whole foods, no caffeine, lots of water, no artificial sweeteners except stevia.0

Thank you everyone for the responses! I will try it0
