                    Do you suffer from it?
I do.
It sucks and I can't wait till it no longer happens but for now I use this lovely tip...
Put deodorant around the area where you chaff.
This works amazingly well.
You're welcome.
                I do.

Deodorant is cheaper and something most of us have anyways.0

I have it too, after I go to the water park or when I sweat... 0 0

Actually, I have been noticing some chafing lately. I have a fairly new scar on my chest and I think sometimes my sports bra irritates it. Do you guys think bodyglide would help?0

i bought a stick of body glide a year ago and its still going strong. i was getting chafing very bad under my boobs and under my arms, i use the body glide before every run now. It was worth the 3 bucks I paid for it.0

I don't wear deodorant but talc free baby powder works well. If it's super hot and sweaty I use this all natural product called That Butt Stuff and it works well.0

Bodyglide is a bit more pricey than deodorant but it works so much better. I highly recommend Bodyglide!0

I used to use Deodorant, but then I got a pair of compression shorts, they work great! Of course I wear my normal running shorts on top of them because they look too much like underwear..0

For me it's my chest ... well ... two circular things on my chest to be specific ... thankfully they haven't started bleeding but I swear last night was close! OWWWWWWWW .... used to wonder why so many men ran shirtless ... not anymore ...0

Will the body glide make my HRM strap slide down? I need something for that area0

Only place I have suffered from chafing is the backs of my ankles. No matter how short or long my socks are, i still get the chaffing. My shoes aren't too big, they can't be... I wear a 7-7.5 sneakers and they fit wonderfully.. So I just don't understand it!0

I used to, but not really now. I learned a few years ago that diaper rash cream works great to get the skin healing again. It's amazing!0

where do i get body glide? I want to not chafe. I want to wear dresses and not have painful chafing!0

YES! This is one of those things on my "list of things I will very much appreciate when i'm thin." I can't wait to not chafe. I usually end up wearing bike shorts underneath dresses and skirts...I hate it.0

Chamois Butter, too. Big bucket of it here.
 For the bike shorts.0

Vaseline works too if you don't feel like buying Bodyglide.0

            One word: SPANDEX!!!!!
Well, I always wear spandex when I'm exercising. I hear vaseline or a little baby oil helps reduce the heavy friction.0

I remember one awful 1/2 where my thighs were bleeding in the first few miles. But these days I don't even bother doing anything about it; when you've experienced it so many times you just get desensitized to the pain.0

Body Glide helps with this, but even with Glide I get it occasionally if I wear loose fitting shirts. You can also get Nip-Guards specifically for this purpose. They apparently work really well, but I haven't used them. Mostly I just wear compression shirts. That solves the problem entirely for me. I also wear compression shorts to prevent thigh chaffing. Works wonders. If you're not comfortable wearing exclusively spandex, you can put jogging shorts and a loose shirt on over top of the compression stuff, I don't usually bother with the shirt, but I wear jogging shorts.
All of these items can be gotten from any running specialty store. I've seen Body Glide in ****'s Sporting Goods and Sports Authority, but not Nip-Guards... I only see those in running stores. Compression gear can be gotten anywhere of course.
ETA: Wow apparently the name of a huge sporting goods chain is a bad word to be censored. In case you haven't guess the stars are "D-I-C-K's" Sporting Goods, and this filter is Bull*** 0 0

I find that Penatin cream works wonders on chafing, both as a preventative measure, and as a treatment afterwards.0
