      and of course eating healthy.

      Of all the awesome things in an awesome success story this is the awesomest.

      You should be very proud of yourself! Im down 107 lbs and not done either. I walked most of my weight off and now just getting cycling. 145 lbs is a crazy amount of weight to lose. Well done!
