post workout shake help!

SO i've recently took up spinning class in my gym, the catch is cause me and me partner travel to the gym together to save feul i end up waiting an hour for him to finish instead of going straight home and having dinner.
So, ive decided i need a shake or something to take with me to chow down on when im waiting for him
bearing in mind we will be going home and having dinner when he's done!

i dont want to bulk up!! i just want to lose some weight and then tone up :)

    What makes you think you will "bulk up"? Women don't.

    Make a protein shake or smoothie before you go and take it along with you. You can have it while waiting for him. Or take something like a granola bar or protein bar to have afterwards.

    If you're going straight home for dinner I don't know that you need a big old protein shake. Maybe just a granola bar or a piece of fruit. That said, you will not bulk up if you drink a protein shake.

    1. Unlike the above poster said, women can bulk up, as you have probably seen. However nobody (no matter what fun parts you have) can bulk up on a calorie deficit.

    2. Allot of people who work out seem to enjoy chocolate milk after the gym, maybe you should try that, it's less calorie dense then a shake.

    3. If you want a shake, I suggest making one yourself, or getting some protein powder because it's quick and cheaper then most of the shakes in the long run and less crap in them. Mine's about as calorie rich as milk once I add water...makes sense...it's made out of it :P

    3. If anyone comes here to try to sell body by vi keep in mind it's against the rules and not a bright idea for many expensive process-e reasons.

    There are a million different shakes for different things so I haven't the faintest what one to get!!
