    That is an incredible transformation! I have bad knees, and was just remembering the other day how much I loved to ride my bicycle as a kid. My first love of exercise is aerobic, but since I have the bad knee I can't hop around a bunch. Walking is boring, and running isn't an option. So, I think I will take up cycling. Any advice how to get started when you still have so much to lose?
