    Early on, yes. But I have eased off of it for the most part. I do strength training like 2 times a week. I really need to get back into it as I want more definition in my arms for sure

    My biggest results came from cardio, I use the elliptical for a minimum 30 minutes- up to an hour 4 times a week on level 9. My legs are like steel...I have ost 5 pounds since the bottom picture too. But I swear by the cardio!
