So I bought the NoOdle groupon last month and have been playing around, looking for the perfect recipe. I'm so excited, I've finally found it!
They are a little rubbery in texture but very tasty! I like them so much I have since moved on to miracle rice (which I buy on Amazon). Here is my recipe! It’s 100 Calories! You don’t have to use the sesame oil, the whole meal is only 45 calories without the oil although without it, the miso tends to clump up a bit in the pan. My boyfriend loves the smell in the kitchen and he can’t taste the difference!
One packet of noodles/rice
One teaspoon mild miso (many miso’s have loads of iron, check the label!)
A drop or two of rice vinegar
Half a teaspoon of sesame oil
red pepper for taste
Mix up everything besides the noodles and add a little water.
Rinse and drain the noodles
Heat up a pan over the stove and plop the noodles in
Spoon the Miso mixture around so it coats the noodles
Fry in the pan until the water is gone
Enjoy!
I also add a packet of pink salmon for a total of 190 calories. Or 125 without the oil! A perfect lunch or light dinner!
