    grabbing the stick by the shaft and rubbing it up and down to get it lubed and ready, then flicking the tip to be sure it's pliant, after that I play with some balls and stuffing them in the holes and the shaft tends to rub on my hands and chest a lot.... it's such a great experience & feeling!
