Looking for femle freinds only, who are in that specific height range and who have successfully managed to gain muscle. I will like to take a look at your food and exercise diary. Every time I try to understand if I should up my calories or keep my deficit I get more confused. Also lift heavy, lift light? I know everyone is different but will like to see some actual cases and their methods.
I am 4”11
32y/o
My starting weight was 118lbs.
I am at my goal weigh just want to tone up and build a little muscle.

I can hardly SEE my muscles until I get to 100-105 at the HIGHEST...but I'm 4'10".
Have you tried Bodyrock.tv? The women that do the (free) program ROCK! What is your natural build like?0 -
I am going to check Bodyrock.tv never heard of before. My bootie is where the weight is. I wish I could get rid of cellulite. I am what they call skinny fat... and am determined to change that.
I am working out 6 days a week:
Mon , Wed and Fri - Weigh Lifting - Totally confused about a routine.
Tue, Thur and Sat - I do Zumba and love it!0
