Hey

I just had the falafel burger in Gourmet Burger Kitchen (was delish!) and am wondering if anyone knows the nutritional info. There are two in MFP data base, one is 431 and the other is 600 and something.

It has three little falafel pattie things, some humous, a spicy tomato kind of sauce, 2 large tomatoe slices, lettus and some onion and two burger buns (but i didn't eat the buns)

Nothing on their website for nutritional info :(

    I was going to say go with the higher to be on the safe side, but if you didn't eat the buns, you're probably safe going with the lower one.

    I get frustrated when I can't find NI online!! More and more places here are getting better about it, though.

    i went to a website with a recipe for them and it said 437 Calories per serving. Hope that helps.

    As i didn't eat the buns gonna go with the lower value on mfp!
