I want to make sure I'm doing things right I wasn't before. I eat 2,000 calories a day, burn 640 calories. In order to lose 2lbs a week I need to eat 1,360 calories. I exercise 5-6 times a week.

If I follow correctly, you're eating 2000 calories a day on the basis that 640 are used for exercise leaving you with 1360 calories to fuel your normal day which has an estimated calorie requirement of 2128 ?
2128 - 1360 = 768 calorie deficit which isn't high enough for 2 lb/week but is a good deficit to lose weight - at 28% it'll be higher than some like to see.
Also how accurate and tested is the 640 calorie burn ?0 -
I use and hrm I heard they are pretty accurate.0
