I gained some water weight over new years he he. and I have been drinking lots of water to hopefully not gain this week. I however am getting sick of water at this point. I think even before new years I was getting sick of water. I DON"T want to go back to tea or pop would it be so bad to have like crystal light an would that still count as water intake??
thanks for suggestions.

You can certainly add some Crystal Light to your water. There is even one type that has fiber in it, thought I didn't particularly care for the taste of that flavor. Another option is to get a fresh lemon or lime, slice it up in wedges and add a piece to your water. You can squeeze the wedge to get some juice into your water for flavor. This is a nice way to flavor your water, no calories to speak of, no sodium, no chemicals, no sodium phosphate(carbonation) to adversely affect your tooth enamel and bone health.
Also, if you are drinking tap water and the flavor is an issue, get yourself a PUR faucet water filter. They are less than $40 and the 3-stage filter works wonders.0 -
Thank you. I forgot about the lemon wedges. Trip to town is set for Monday so I will get some then.0

I think 8 glasses of water + cystal light is better than 2 glasses of JUST water.. water gets boring!! I love crystal light natural pink lemonade !!0

Water may be borderline torture to get down, but you'll always feel better about a fresh, clean glass of water than you will about the added chemicals in crystal light.0

I would add the Crystal Light if you REALLY need it, maybe for a couple glasses of water. But try to get some real water in.0

I'd try adding a splash of fresh lemon, orange, or lime juice before I add anything else to it.0

What about drinking iced tea? There are plenty of flavored green teas with little or no caffeine!0

I use wyler's cool rasberry in my water. It is 5 calories per serving but I split the serving in half or sometimes in thirds. I really hate water and that is the only way I can drink it. I hope this helps in some way0

Water yucky! I just started back at this 3 days ago...I feel like Im floating...! However, I allow myself to drink ice tea and/or hot tea in between the water or I would never get through it! Crystal Light sounds like an idea Im going to try..thanks!0
