    wow!! look at the difference with 30 lbs!! You definitely didnt look 210 before though! I started at 210 and looked like a meatball !! now im just a smaller meatball haha You look amazing!! Flaunt that success girl!! Kudos to you!!:flowerforyou:

    thanks everyone :) yeah, people don't think 30 lbs makes much of a difference sometimes, but it's not always about the numbers, it's REALLY about being FIT and HEALTHY! I had 5 more lbs I wanted to lose, but even if I don't, I feel so successful! :D

    ya u must b pretty tall cus u look alot thinner than 180 i really hope i can make it to 180 havnt ben there for about 10 yrs now!

    So can you tell me what you did? You did say you got more healthy and strong - did you change your eating habits? Work outs? If you could share a little bit more about what changes you made, I'm hoping to learn a little. I seem to be stalled out and, like you, I lost pretty good in the first couple of months, but I've been gaining and losing the same few pounds over and over!
