I had a few NSV's in the few weeks. The first was major for me. I looked in the mirror while dressing (in my undies) and realized I wasn't disgusted by my reflection, that I actually liked what I saw! The next was that after 16 years of battling my weight, I finally put on a size 16!!! Going from a size 24 and edging into a 26 to a 16 is an amazing feeling. The last one was minor this morning. Looking for a belt because my jeans are falling off of me, I decided to try my husband's belt. I am on the 4th hole already!!! I am loving how these victories make me feel!!!

    Yay you! It's great to get those nsv's! Size 16's are awesome too, thats some great progress. Thanks for sharing!

    that's awesome! I know the feeling as to fit in another skinny one's belt! it's almost as good as losing all the weight! :)

    @acar14 an NSV is a non-scale victory! So instead of being all excited that you lost 5 pounds, there is more you can be excited about! Basically little achievements and things that you couldn't/wouldn't do before, that you now can do! :)Just a little extra something to be proud of!

    And those are some amazing nsv's! Congrats, keep it up!:smile:
