Hello!

My name is Tyra. I have PCOS and I've always had problems with my weight. I'm really short and have even been mistaken for being pregnant before. Yikes! My weight didn't start to get really, really bad until I had my gallbladder out and was a freshman living in the dorms. That is where I had access to all the foods my mom would never let me eat: chili cheese fries, ramen, candy bars, etc. Talk about an oopsie. I gained 30 pounds my freshman year of college. I started getting really depressed and just stopped going to class. No motivation whatsoever.

Anyway... I am now going to get my life back on track. I lived my teens as a porker... I don't want to live my twenties as one either. As they say, #yolo

haha. Anyway, don't be afraid to add me or message me.

Hey! Don't worry just do your best and I'm sure it will come off. Look at it more as a lifestyle change rather than a diet. That helps.
  • I have PCOS too! I finally accepted that I had to work twice (or maybe even 3x) as hard as others for the same results. Ever since then I have enjoyed eating healthy and exercising! Keep it up! It's worth it once you see those first set of results.
  • Hi! Sorry but what's PCOS?
