So i'm consuming too little calories and each day it varies on how many calories i burn off. But i'm worried that this is the reason why my weight loss is soo slow! any help or suggestions on what i need to do!? I'm scared to consume more calories because i'm scared the weight still won't come off..

It's definitely worth a shot. I upped mine to 20% lower than my TDEE (as opposed to what MFP says) and I've been shedding weight like mad. MFP says that with that amount of consumption, I can only drop half a pound a week. HA! I've lost at least 2 lbs a week since doing it.0

I used to have that problem too If you know you're eating too little, you should really try to bump up your intake, even if it's only bit by bit. I upped my intake by like 10% or so a day to make a gradual change and it's been fine for me0

Are you starving yourself? If you are your body is holding fat because it thinks you won't eat for a while. So don't starve yourself. Eat every 2-3 hours. And eat healthy too because honestly this will only work if your eating healthy. If you consume 1000 calories for one meal and you only have 1000 more you have to really stretch that out, if u get what I mean. So it keeps your metabolism up. And also if your doing the same exercises everyday change it up your body will get use to the same exercise after a while. Also I stay below 500 calories left on my food because I could have eaten a little more than I documented so I definitely know I'm not going over. Ummm....I think that's about it. Ohhhhhhh I also stopped eating wheat for a little while and that jump started my weight loss again because I wasn't loosing anything for like 3 or 4 months. I lost 34 got 17-20 lbs left. You know the last couple of lbs you need to loose will be the hardest.0

No need to be scared. If you're still at a deficit you'll still lose. You want to eat enough to maintain your muscle mass and fuel your workouts though. I recommend calcualting your TDEE and eating 20 percent less than that.0

There's healthy foods that have a high calorie total for the amount of food it is. You could try something like these to get a few more calories but a lot of nutritional value. (raw unsalted nuts, avocados, yogurts, bananas).0
