Weekly weigh-in for 8/3/2012 - down 29 lb so far

I lost 0.6 kg (1.3 lb) this week for a total loss to date of 13.2 kg (29 lb).
I also did my cycling and resistance training every day, and added some "jogging in place" each morning. In fact, considering the low-level of calories I've been eating and the increased exercise I'm surprised I lost so little this week. But a loss is better than a gain!

Thanks. It's been a good week so far this week too. I'm down almost 32 lb so far! Still a long ways to go though.
