Just wanted to say hi to everyone, I am new today! I have been using fitbit but I have broken 2 now. I have lost 53 pounds since January and I am 5'4" 198lbs with a goal of 140lbs. I have been doing the C25K and now run 5k (slowly) 3 times per week with an additional 1 hour PT session 3 times per week. I have been eating between 900 and 1300 calories per day, with no losses several weeks then a good loss repeating this cycle for some time and wondered what to do about it. Can anyone help?? Thanks all your advice really appreciated.

Hi Kathy! There's lots of great stories of people who've lost a ton of weight on here. Im new myself but in the last few days have become very motivated and inspired by their accomplishments. The biggest help I think so far is that there are other people to talk to when we're not feeling like doing the hard work. Congrats on your 53 lbs!!! that's really exciting

sounds like you might not be eating enough. 1300 calories a day is far too low for an active individual. unless your 2ft tall that is.0

Wow Docholiday, your before and after pics are amazing! very motivating to myself. Im at about 230 right now and I'd like to drop at least 30 in the next couple months. After that maybe another 15 or so and tone. Good for you Brother!0
