How to get the ideal "hot" stomache

Hello,

Im trying to lose my belly fat, not that i have tons to lose but that little bulge that should be flat and my love handles that make me look wider. What can I do to get a good looking bikini body stomache? I hear running and sit-upps wont do it to lose belly fat? Any suggestions? or self-experience?

    Because you can't 'spot reduce,' you would need to do an overall calorie reduction/cardio routine to lose fat generally. In conjunction, do exercises for your abs and obliques to build muscle in the areas you want to tone. Without losing the fat, you won't see the muscle underneath. If you enjoy running, it is an excellent exercise to burn fat. Build the strength in your core while burning the fat and you should be bikini ready!

    However, cardio is not necessary. I know tons of people who do NO cardio and have great abs. With that said, cardio is great for overall health and should be done in MY opinion. Cardio helps burn calories and adds to your current caloric deficit, therefore helping you lose weight. Cardio or not, make sure you adhere to a strict caloric deficit, accept that you can't spot reduce, do exercises to work your abs, and be patient as the excess weight drops off.

    thanks guys,

    I have been working out doing cardio and abs, and whole body workouts for 2 months now 5-6 days a week (2 hours/day and a low calorie intake. how long of doing this will it take?
