Breakfast Troubles

I am looking for some fairly quick but high in protein breakfast ideas. I don't have a lot of time in the morning but I know I need to eat better breakfasts on days that I work and I am always hungry like 30 min later.

Any ideas?

I just found this information on a website, listed below:

    High Protein Breakfast Foods

A healthy breakfast combination consists of one serving of a dairy product or high-calcium food, one serving of a whole grain carbohydrate, and one serving of fruit. This totals to approximately 300 calories. Some healthy low carb high protein breakfast ideas are:
A good idea would be to have a bowl of high-fiber, multi-grain cereal, along with lots of strawberries/blueberries, topped with low-fat milk.
If you can't give up your muffins, make it a low-fat muffin, and add to it a wedge of cantaloupe. You can have a latte made of skimmed milk, along with it.
For a quick high protein breakfast, grab a granola bar, an apple, and a glass of chilled milk.
If you like eggs, which by the way are very high in protein, have a scrambled egg, a fresh fruit salad, a whole wheat roll and a cup of low-fat milk.
Mix fresh blueberries with a cup of fat-free yogurt, which you can have along with a slice of whole wheat toast topped with fruit spread.
This is one of my favorites: a mini whole wheat bagel with a light spread of cream cheese and jam. Have it along with a peach and a cup of yogurt.
If you've been looking for high protein breakfast recipes, a bowl of sweetened brown rice, fits the bill. Our reason for suggesting it is that it is rich in vitamin B, which provides energy and is a great source of fiber as well. Here's how it is prepared:
Cook a bowl of brown rice a night before.
In the morning, add to it a spoonful of honey, a handful of raisins, sliced apple, and sprinkle a little cinnamon.

Cottage cheese! I love a slice of quality bread, toasted, smeared with Marmite, and then some hefty dollops of plain cottage cheese piled on top.

How about Egg white & oat pancakes, a bodybuilders staple but something anyone can make which is super high in protein and surprisingly really tasty. Into a blender put a cup of quick or rolled oats, 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, a dollop of cottage cheese & a sprinkling of cinnamon. Whiz it until you get a smooth consistency. Dont over do it. Fry them up in some olive oil as you would normal pancakes.
