Hi! I joined MFP 2 years ago but didn't really use it faithfully. Then this past January thru March I logged in faithfully and tracked food and exercise daily--lost a few pounds and then what did I do? I missed one day which turned into 4 months! But now I am back and ready to begin again. Planning to stick with it longer this time. I have to beat my old record of 55 days straight of logging food and exercise. Ok, day 1...

I started in January but didn't really START until April. I've lost 21 lbs since then by logging in EVERY DAY. Even when I go over calories or don't work out, I log it. The next day is then day 1 again. : ) You can do this!!!0
