Thanks to the recently added search feature in the thread area, I can refer you to a prior post that might have some answers:

Ohhh, peanut butter is my weakness too! But, it is not something I will skimp on. I can't stand the taste of reduced fat peanut butter, so if I'm going to eat it, I go for it! I will allow myself 2 tbsp with 1 tbsp sugar-free jam, mix in a bowl, and eat as dessert. Of course, this is only on days that I exercise and have calories to spare (or I eat a really light dinner).0

I found a product called PB2. Contains 52 calories per serving and, I believe, 4-5 g. of fat. What they do is squeeze the peanuts until most of the oil is removed...what's left is a peanut butter powder. You then mix it with water if you want a creamier version. It's not as 'good' as regular, full fat, high calorie peanut butter, but if you're a pb junkie, like me, it's a good alternative. I also mix it dried, with protein shakes, oatmeal, etc. Just do a search for PB2...comes in chocolate peanut butter flavor too.0

Eat the peanut butter!
Just don't go overboard and account for it in your daily intake. Problem solved, no guilt or cravings to cave into!0
