So im making a new team cause it seems like theres always about a thousand people trying to join one team... so heres a new team for motivation.... we do monday weigh ins and weekly challenges... and also we do daily exercises... to join just put ur mondays starting weigh in and something u wont to conquer and why

I am in! I am just starting MFP(again) today.
My weight this morning is 155.4.
I would like to kick the Soda habit. I quit both times I was pregnant because it was not good for the baby. As soon as I was done nursing I went right back. I cannot even guess how much Coke I drink in a day. I know it would jump start my weight loss if I could shake this nasty habit.0 -

I am down 4 pounds to 151! Not too bad for the first week. My goal was to stop drinking Coke and get all 8 glasses of water in each day. I only had 2 small cokes last week (one I ordered at dinner before I even thought about it) which is a drastic improvement over the 4 - 6 I would normally drink in a day. I am doing really well with my water too. How are the rest of you doing?0

hi i want to join a team!
i'm really new, joined 2 weeks ago, i'm trying to lost 100lb, A LOT! Drinking more water is a small goal I want to acheive everyday, as well as eating 3 meals and snacking a lot less.
I'm a boredom eater, they second I'm not doing anything I look in the fridge, you know when you just wander and have a look but don't actually need to eat anything? well I always eat something!! :laugh:
