3 tips for sparkling white teeth

So, my dentist gave me some solid and easy advice when i asked d alternatives to getting my teeth bleached white:
TIP#1 instead f chugging down sugary or phosphorus-laced drinks (from gatorade n redbull to diet coke n juices), drink demand thru a straw instead f groping down directly..this reduces their contact with our teeth n thus d sugars fail to corrode our ENAMEL,WICH IS D TOOTH'S OUTER WHITE LAYER.

TIP#2 don't brush immediately after ur meals,wait for half n hour to let ur teeth come back to their natural pH... If u brush immediately after ur meal ur corroded enamel will not have enough to revert back to its natural concentration.so, d enamel will get eroded by brushing, exposing d inner Yellow layer underneath called DENTINE.

tip#3 floss regularly n use a brush with soft bristles

    Oh, cheers for that.

    Was aware of the first and third tip but not the middle one, which is interesting. I am also guilty of using a hard brush so maybe time for a change!

    Evereyone knows that! If you wants Sparkling white teeth, get a professional Bleach kit at home with a laser light. I swear by it!

    Similarly, drink your coffee through a stir stick - it helps to bypass coffee stains on your front teeth.

    If you do opt to go the whitening route, I swear by Crest Whitestrips. They really do work. :)

    @pixie--u sure?bleaching tweth by myself??heck.i aint even colored my hair!!#zero experience wid this ****!!just hope dat my teeth dont fall off from d excess fluorides!:-P
