I started this journey one month ago on July 2nd, the only thing I regret to this point is skipping a few days over the month. I still managed to lose 13lbs according to the scale this morning. This app/site makes it much easier to make weight loss a reality and I am so glad I decided to join Looking forward to what the next month/s have to bring for me. My goal this month is to track 30days straight.

I have been trying this app for awhile but nothing has changed. Am I doing anything wrong? Any advice or tips will greatly help. I lost about thirteen pounds but gained two back. I don't post my exercises because they don't have the Nike Training club stuff on here( which I highly recomend doing).0

same here, its been a little over a month and ive lost 14 1/2 pounds so far. Im so excited. Its my first diet, let me refrase that, its my first time making a life change as for once I hit my goal I plan to continue to eat the same way....healthy!!!0
