Hi all.
My name is Kasey and i'm overweight.
I decided to join MFP when my husband and brother had their profiles for a month and were consistently getting on and working towards their goals. After yo yo diets with my husband for a few years I had lost faith in him sticking to getting healthy and just didn't feel like trying anymore. I thought MFP was the new "fad" until I saw his dedication.
So here I am. I am 5'6 and starting weight was 205 lbs. I am 23 and work as a full-time CNA so I have a lightly active lifestyle.
I work out between 3-5 days a week for 30-60 minutes. I do strength training and cardio at the moment but when I hit 190 I plan on doing 30 day shred or something along those lines.
