    I'm making a chicken jalapeno salad on Sunday. We are having friends over for dinner.

    It has no lettuce, but it has the word salad so it MUST be healthy.

    So...years ago I was eating at this restaurant that had a salad, don't remember what it was called but it freaking had steak on top with french fries and melted cheese. I bet that thing had a lot of calories...ah...I was so tiny then, I could eat whatever I wanted...

    I would like to know what was on this amazing salad!

    looks delicious to me! I don't know that I could eat that much chicken at one time, but everything else I could surely plow through!

    Yeah it comes with half that much chicken, but I sometimes get extra.

    The place also has a strawberry salad with strawberries, candied pecans, feta, chicken and blackberry vinaigrette that I eat a lot too. It's only like 500. I was WAY behind on my calories at lunch today...especially with a strength training workout coming this evening.

    If it wasn't for so many olive oil calories, no way I could stomach that much at once.
