How do I change my calorie allowance

Ive had a bit of a look but I would like to lower my calorie allowance. Can anyone tell me where I can do this. Thanks

    Home->my goal->change goals->custom

    But keep in mind MFP picks a number for you for a reason... if you go too low you're going to do more damage than good.
