    Congratulations! You look absolutely awesome. I did basically the same thing quit smoking and gained even more weight (already overweight). I haven't reached my goal yet about 20 lbs away but glad we can look sexy at our age (LOL). But as someone said previously you look younger! You go lady!!!! My incentive to lose those last 20 lbs thanks for posting.

    I have been lifting weights and I don't mean girlie ones. Chalean Extreme, NROL4W (modifications using dumbbells) and now P90X

    Of any post I've seen, your pictures are really powerful to me. I think we have pretty similar body types and seeing your pics really brought home to me what a difference a "few" pounds can make. BTW: I love your warddrobe. You have sass and class, girl! :O)

    Just thought that I would read your story... you are such an inspiration. You look amazing! All of your hard work has really paid off. Keep going girl... you rock!
