Hi guys,

So I fractured my back and packed on the weight and now developing arthritis in my back, so pretty painful.

I really want to lose some of the weight, I have put on twenty kgs since my back fracture!

Are there any exercising you can recommend which won't impact my back? Walking is fine till I encounter hills, to give you an idea of what I can do.

Thanks in advance

First, most weight loss happens in the kitchen (your diet).

You should talk to your doctor/physical therapist (a trainer is NOT a physical therapist) about appropriate exercises. Even if someone on here has the knowledge to the question, it isn't specific enough to be able to answer (you would have to be more specific about the location, type of fracture, length of time since fracture, details of your arthritis, etc...) It's very difficult for a non-medical expert to be able to explain the details well enough for even a medical expert to give appropriate advice here. Your back is not something you want to be screwing around with.
