You're not wearing a supportive enough bra. You may need to wear 2 plus a top with a built in bra.

A good sports bra...Jcpenny, Kholes, Taget have some good ones.
  • A nice sports bra should do the trick. They are helpful in many ways. just make sure to get a nice one or the problem will get worse.

    I wear two.

I have a very similar problem, I use a sports bra and a yoga shirt with a built in bra as well. It helps but they do still bounce like crazy depending on my workout

I had the same problem. I have two sports bras that I love. They are from titlenine.com. The names are Hallelujah and The Last Resort. The girls don't move an inch even when I run. They are ~$60, but totally worth the investment. And they are hideous also. But who cares. :)

Yup, I wear two. Regular bra (lane bryant with underwire) + Champion sports bra (from Target). It does the trick!

Try Title Nine. They carry a large variety....they won't move if you have a supportive bra.

I wear the champion sports bra from Target. I am a DD and they don't budge an inch when I run :D
  • I have to double wrap the girls. One regular bra and one sports bra. There isn't a single bra out there that can do the job alone.
  • I wear two. It seems to work just fine for me.
You need to find one that is supportive enough!

I wear 2 at once and I swear they look awesome and don't even move, which is nice since I'm not into putting on a show while I run. The first has soft, formed cups to prevent the dreaded UNI-BOOB effect, then a regular sports bra over that. Done and dusted!

THey have great bras that last a long time. They will even measure you in the store for free. If its too expensive at the store then you can order it online.
