yeah this workout is great!! I looked at the pics I took the day before I started it, and was comparing by looking at myself in the mirror, I can already see a difference. I can't wait to see day 30!! 0

If you cant do the regular push ups, do them against a wall, eventually your arms will be strong enough.. Don't give up ladies, we can do this 0

I am on my last week and I have not seen any scale movement but I can really tell a difference when I look in the mirror, my stomach and my back look a lot better! Keep up the great work!0

ETA, if you actually read that blog post about 30DS, you'll find that I had trouble with push ups as well. I just kept trying. Doing as many as I could "regular," even if it was 1 or 2, the rest modified. However, on the DVD I'm doing now (Jillian's Kickbox FastFix), there's a segment with "speed push ups," where you do as many as you can, as fast as you can. I can do as many as 25 on the first set and 18 on the second. Standard push ups. So... Just saying, it does get easier if you keep working at it. :happy:0 -
Oh man! I am in training for a marathon but seriously considering whether or not I can add 30DS! Am I crazy? I want those results!0
