    Here's a couple:

Chicken and Corn Baked Potato (serves 2)

shredded chicken breast (can use rotiserie chicken or canned chicken)
1 can Green Giant Niblets corn
    2 potatoes
1/2 tsp. cumin (more if you like it)
    salt and pepper to taste

Microwave potatoes until soft. Empty can of corn + chicken + cumin into microwave safe bowl or container. Mix well. Heat in microwave until hot (probably 3-4 minutes). Split open potato and spoon corn/chicken mixture over potato. Salt and pepper to taste.

    Shoyu-Style Ramen

TIP - toss out flavor pack. It's healthier and not needed for this recipe.

    1 Ramen Noodle package
    3 cups chicken broth
    1 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp soy sauce (recommend low sodium)
    sliced or minced ginger
3 cloves crushed or minced garlic
    bean sprouts
Sliced green onion & sesame seeds for garnish

Mix broth, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in microwave safe bowl or pan. Add noodles and stir. Add bean sprouts. Cook in microwave (or stovetop over medium heat) until cooked through and hot with noodles slightly al dente.

Top with green onion slices, sesame seeds, and a few bean sprouts.

Ramen is nice because it can be mixed with just about anything or eaten alone. But the flavoring packet, I've found, is loaded with sodium. If you're trying to cut down on sodium, dump it.

Do you have an oven or just a microwave?

Those two recipes can be made with just a microwave. Here's a good website with recipes too:

Might need more than a microwave for some of those recipes though. And here's another good tip I just found. If you can have a toaster, put it on it's side. Put bread in there with cheese on each piece of bread so cheese is on top. Start toaster. Grilled Cheese sandwich in the toaster, lol!
