been doing good since I started monday and to day i'm so hungry. I drank lots of water so it is no needing water... I've been under my calories all week, and only 400 more today... ughhhhh what to stop the hunger...

Assuming you're not restricting too much, you may just need to hang in there until you adjust to fewer calories... or give yourself a bit extra, then reduce your intake over time instead of sudden-like.

The first 2-3 weeks will be hard to adjust to a smaller amount of food. Don't go overboard! Stay within a good amount of calories and exercise without starving. You will feel better soon. Try to eat high volume, low calorie food (veggies, veggies, veggies) to fill your tummy. But you will feel hungry for a bit. Remind yourself how wonderful it is not to be overeating!
Then there comes several months of honeymoon, depending on how much you have to lose. When you get closer to your goal, the hunger may come back -- I'm going through that at the moment, and I figure it is because I have less reserve now. Who knows. In any case hang in there, be reasonable, and enjoy plenty of good healthy food without stuffing yourself! You will make it!!!0 -

Maybe you just need to eat a little more. Today was the first day in a while I felt better and I've been hungry all day. I have been below my count for a few days, I just didn't feel good. I must be getting over it, my stomach has been growling all day. lol.0
