    I hate the blanket statement, "You shouldn't eat after 7/8 p.m." Some people work later in the day and might take that literally, which is stupid, yes, but Dr. Oz has a lot of dumb sheep. I'm not going to skip dinner just because I get out of work at 7:00.

    This....and his bright idea that oatmeal(carbs) will make you last longer before getting hungry than an omelette(protein\) is typical Dr Oz junk.....
