Hiah - I've just started this New years resolution and all that! lol) and was wondering what people put down a coffee as calorie wise... I'm not being lazy - I don't have the jar any more so can't look up the info and there are no entries in the database I can find...
As a guestimate how many calories do you think are in in a white coffee with 2 sugars...
Please don't say too many - I'm still reeling from the number of calories in pink wine! lol

Look in the data base under coffee- brewed with grounds.
That is how I enter mine. It is only 5 calories I think for an 8 oz. cup.
Good luck with your journey!!0 -
Oooh that's much less scary than the 130 calorie in a glass of pink!0

Not to be a bummer, but the 5 calories would just be for black coffee and then you'd still need to add the calories for the cream and sugar....I'm sure you already figured that out though!0

There are all kinds of coffee in the database. I use instant coffee for 12 ounces its about 7 calories and then I add in my sweetener (splenda, equal or sweet n low) 0 calories and then maybe 2 teaspoons of creamer (dry) another 20 calories. Not bad.
I do not use sugar but that is in the database too. It's not that bad. The more sugar and cream you use the worse but I've managed to cut down from 2 tablespoons of cream to 2 teaspoons and that helps and using the sweetener vs. sugar helps too. I used to HATE sweetener but I love it now.0 -
I love coffee. I drink mine with a ton of French Vanilla creamer and 2 tsp of sugar. Today was my start date and I was too worried to look it up so I just decided to drink hot green tea. It is hot green tea with orange, passion fruit and jasmine. It has 0 calories on its own and doesn't taste too bad.
As good as it is though, it isn't my coffee. So, maybe when I am brave I will look it all up lol. But, like another poster said if you type it into the food database it should come up. Same with the creamer and sugar. Hope that helps some!0 -
My coffee is more like a latte than a coffee . It's 180 calories, which is about 10 for the coffee itself and 170 in my French Vanilla sugar free creamer. Yes, I use a LOT of creamer. I tried limiting my creamer, but the coffee didn't taste as good, so why bother? It's my one daily indulgence and since I'm not a morning person, I allow my daily indulgence for the sake of others around me! haha0

well you can still have your regular coffee just add the sugar free French Vanilla Creamer and honestly it is like there is sugar in it.0
