Spaghetti Squash In Uk ??

I cannot seem to find it anywhere? Does it go by another name here?
All I can find is butternut squash.

    Noodle squash, spaghetti marrow, Squaghetti, gold string melon, 金糸瓜 (kinshi uri) (according to wikipedia) It may not be the proper harvesting season for your region yet.

    UK diabetes forum suggests that "Waitrose" carries it when it's in season.

    But with this kind of difference it wouldn't surprise me if it's a different name
    Courgettes (UK) = Zucchini to Americans.

    Spaghetti squash seems to have a yellow shell when ripe...
