Roughly what is the calorie burn from doing

P90X - Stretch
Insanity - Recovery

Workout sessions?

I only as because tonights a recovery/rest night for me and I may not be able to hit the gym due to some severe weather.

    I can typically burn about 400 calories from P90X, and around 600 from Insanity. It's going to be different for different body types, though. I'm 5'7" and about 145 pounds (10% body fat). Before P90X I was 185 pounds and 26% body fat.

    I haven't done x stretch with my HRM, but can use p90xcalories.com for an estimate.

    for insanity recovery, last time I did it, I only burned 65 calories. for what its worth, I'm a 130 pound female with about 16-17% bf. Much lower than the poster above me.
