Should I be eating high protein on rest days?

Or only on days when I run or lift?

  • Not sure though, but I go slightly lower than on days when I work out.
  • I've always heard on days when your not working out, or just doing cardio to eat 60% carbs, 30% protein and 10% fat. Then on days when your lifting eat only 10% carbs, and the rest divided between protein and fat.
