Here's the thing

Here's the thing. I have a big belly. I want to run, because I'm really over long walks now, but after two C-sections the middle bit jiggles and hangs. I generally give up because I hate the feeling of all that jiggle, and feel huge and heavy on my feet. Help !!

Try wearing a pair of spanex shorts for support.

spandex, spanx type undergarments (just not very tight or you will have trouble breathing) should help
  • And even better - you can look for a SKORT. Not to say anything about you, but I know that I should not be seen outside the bedroom in anything like spandex. These new running skorts I got look like kicky little tennis skirts, but give the jiggle-stopping support I crave.

Shapers. They can be found in the under garment section of most stores. It will help hold everything in.

YES! I LOVE skorts. supporting spandex underneath, but with the cute-fun factor of a skirt.

Skort was nice for a flirty feel. I agree that spanex shorts under a running short should give you some support. But, seriously, the benefits of running really will outweigh the discomfort if you stick with it!!! I'm a 2 c-scetion momma, too!!! And I'm training for my 2nd half marathon now!! :-)
