(BUMP) I have a great chili recipe that I'm positive is vegan, and a recipe for cookies (seriously, the best I've ever had/made) that are vegan for sure, but I doubt that fits the "raw" part of the diet.
I'll try to remember to post the chili recipe later; if I don't post and you're interested, get in touch with me via MFP. :-)0 -
Thank you those are some great recipes!0

I love this zucchini pasta sauce recipe that I modified to use avocado in place of processed olive oil
Raw Sun Dried Tomato & Avocado Pasta Sauce
Ingredients:
2 large tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
2 ounces of sun dried tomatoes
1 ripe avocado
sea salt
Italian herbs, use what you like.
Dice the tomatoes, red bell pepper, avocado, and sundried tomatoes
into a blendable size for your blender.
Place into a blender, and blend until smooth.
Add Italian Herbs, and salt to your taste.
Re blend slightly to mix.
Serve immediately, makes four servings.
*This can be heated slightly by placing the sauce into a ziplock bag and leaving it in warm water till heated...0 -
