My face. My abdomen is always last and I wish it was first!0

Unfortunately the first place was my chest then my waist0

Lower abdomin. I couldn't believe it. last week, when I measured again and was down 6.5 inches around the hips/lower abd.0

My face and my upper torso...and my ankles, strangely enough. My hips have hardly budged after 30 pounds and I'm starting to get a little disproportionate...come on hips, get with the program!0
-
Upper torso/stomach!! that's the only thing that seems smaller right now.
And, what is FUPA? >.>0 -
I definitely noticed it around my waist/ribcage area. I felt like my waist was disproportionately small compared to my hips! Which I guess isn't all that bad... more hourglass for me! But I for sure feel like all the weight I'm losing is in that one area- that's where I've seen the most inches lost. I also noticed my face looks thinner. My double chin is finally going back to just one chin0

Me too. Face and shoulders / neck / arms. I wish my belly and hips would go. I'm 20 pounds from my goal and they've gotta go soon, right??!?!!!!0 -
Back and stomach/waist, hips.
Arms are finally beginning to trim down/get definition.
Its taking longer on the legs/thighs. And luckily the girls haven't really gone anywhere yet. I'm just losing inches around there- on the upper chest & ribcage.0 -
My thighs and then my face! My arms have not gone down AT ALL and I didn't have a butt to begin with, lol! My small boobs are getting smaller! My stomach is where I carry all my weight and it is going down very slowly!! Grrrr! lol0

Boobs and arms0

LOKI.
FUPA stands for Fatty upper pubic area. The bit under the belly where the creases are at the top of your legs.0 -
My thighs. They went from 24 to 20 in 3 weeks when I started.
Then my upper abs, and this while my lower abs remained pudgy. I had a "two pack" for months.
My hips and lower abs are my most stubborn areas. But though they move slowly, they do budge. Just at an abysmal rate of a cm or so a month.
My chest remains exactly the same despite a LOT of fat loss involving serious cardio and weight training. If anything, weight lifting has made them more prominent because it has lifted my posture. Don't think my shirt size is going to be changing anytime soon.0 -
Stomach (I've lost 15 inches so far) and I also found my chin!0

I think my face shows it well because people comment on it right off, and looking at my 40 lbs heavier comparison pics I think thats a big difference. I've lost a bit in my waist but not my hips . I'm hoping to lose some of this gut soon lol0

It's that skirt of fat that hangs down at the bottom of your stomach.0 -
Waist, then face...still waiting for my bum to catch up lol0

I noticed fat loss in my abdomen first.0

Strange as it might sound... but my fingers. I was doing normal things and all of a sudden my ring went flying off.
YES!!!! Me too I was putting lotion on and noticed my fingers were more "boney" lol it was a little gross at first.0 -
First, FIRST place, seemed to be the small of my back, for some reason.
But after that, it was def my stomach. 8.5" lost from there, overall.0 -
Boobs. Face..then more upper body..0

Face & Tummy! YEAH!0
-
Its always my face then my waist. Wish my rear would go first tho0
-
my legs/butt are always the first to go and the first to come on. my upper body stays basically the same.0

Face, chest, tummy, legs. Its like it all goes from the top and bottom and the hips and butt are just stubborn!0

Same here! I have this pear-shaped body and so forget about the chest, so I feel ya.
I had an idea that I should do my regular cardio kickboxing in place of strength training on my lower body, and then add in upper body workouts with heavy weights, maybe to balance things out. I don't know!0
